It can withstand high winds and earthquakes better than most other geometric structures. The secret is in its architectural simplicity and overall efficiency. We believe that the basic elements of an organization (human beings) are capable of achieving levels of strength, overall effectiveness and resilience similar to that of a geodesic structure. The best way of achieving this is by focusing on how individuals interact and behave and by enhancing their capability to develop productive interpersonal relationships with others.
