Prior to forming Norcross Consulting, LLC, John spent over eight years with Celerant Consulting, an operational improvement firm focused on the implementation of operational strategy and transformational change. As a Principal he held leadership positions in both Europe and the Americas, heading up the Business Performance Management Capability, playing a leading role in the Business Technology and the Organizational Effectiveness practices, as well as having client-facing roles as a Senior Analyst and Client Partner.
His career has taken him from building materials and manufacturers in the UK, through process manufacturers in Europe and the Americas, major metropolitan utilities in Canada, and global pharmaceutical firms in the US to some of the most successful companies in the retail, telecommunications and high technology sectors. Prior to working with Celerant, John held management positions in the Automotive and Telecommunications industries in Canada and the UK.
